About us
What we do
We provide an excellent quality and competitively priced catering service to businesses, organisations and private events throughout Manchester. Choose from our range of buffet options or create your own menu by choosing individual items. Also, if you would like something specific or extra for that special occasion, please speak to one of our staff who will be happy to accommodate your needs. We can also meet the needs of those on special diets, so please mention this when ordering.
We are very aware of the link between nutrition and mental and physical well being and are presently working closely in partnership with the Manchester mental health and social care trust to develop a city wide social business whose main aim will be to tackle poor nutrition and access to cheap locally produced foods. The aim will be to engage people especially younger people and people with mental health issues, in healthy local food activities, i.e. growing, healthy eating and cooking in order to improve skills, confidence and overall health. The partnership is called Bite and you can read more about it here.

In our cafe we display information about salt and diet. We can supply salt and pepper in mini sachets or cruets to be picked up later. We make our own salad dressings and supply it in a separate container for people to add as they require. The mayonnaise that we use is low fat and we also use crème fresh as a healthy alternative.
